Benedikt Stemmildt is the founder of hackers&wizards, focused on agentic engineering, team training and AI-assisted software development. His path runs from OTTO through the role of Lead Software Architect at Breuninger (a platform serving 70 developers across 13 teams) to CIO at BLUME2000 and CTO at TalentFormation. He is a founding member of the Hacker School and co-founder of code.talks and alphalist. Since 2016, he has given more than 40 talks, including "From Vibe Coding to Agentic Engineering" and "Architecture when AI Writes More Code."

Andrea Reindel is a marketing and project manager focused on digital marketing. She built and led the AI HUB Nürnberg, where she curated AI-related topics and built up in-depth knowledge, including in AI for marketing. Today she runs her own business, "Marketing Reindel," alongside her main role.

Andreas Pabst

Founder of AXDN, Initiator of AI Nights, Lecturer in Business Informatics

Andreas Pabst is the founder of AXDN and the initiator and host of AI Nights in Nuremberg. As "IT Pabst," he reaches hundreds of thousands of people on Instagram and TikTok by explaining AI topics clearly and without jargon. He lectures in business informatics at iba University of Cooperative Education in Nuremberg and holds an M.Sc. in IT Management. In the AI for Business & Entrepreneurs track, he brings together founders, entrepreneurs and business owners who put AI to work in their own companies.
