Andrea Reindel is a marketing and project manager focused on digital marketing. She built and led the AI HUB Nürnberg, where she curated AI-related topics and built up in-depth knowledge, including in AI for marketing. Today she runs her own business, "Marketing Reindel," alongside her main role.

Prof. Dr. Frank Müller

Founder of HR-Future, Professor for Transformation & Change Management (FOM University of Applied Sciences)

Prof. Dr. Frank Müller is the founder of HR-Future, a consultancy that guides mid-sized companies through transformation and change processes. As an executive and leadership coach, he supports leaders through development processes. At FOM University of Applied Sciences, he teaches transformation, change management, behavioral economics and leadership. At the Institute for Work and Personnel (iap), his research included the vLead project on leadership and trust-building in virtual work structures. He studied business administration at TH Nuremberg, followed by further studies in personnel development at TU Kaiserslautern, an MBA from the University of Sunderland and a doctorate on the European higher education market from Universidad de Oviedo. In his book "Gerechtigkeit im Unternehmen" ("Justice in Business"), he developed the "Gerechtigkeitsradar," a model that makes fairness tangible across six organizational levels and five dimensions.
